Creative Marketing & Content Strategist (AI & LLM Focus)

We’re looking for a **hands-on, creative strategist** to own our content engine, from planning to execution, while reimagining how AI transforms scale and visibility. This role is at the heart of **optimizing for LLMs, fueling pipeline, and amplifying our market voice** . What you’ll do - Content Creation & Strategy - Build and execute content across the full funnel (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU): blogs, case studies, social posts, newsletters, pr, landing pages and more to maximize awareness, consideration, and conversion - Manage the content calendar to ensure timely, consistent, and audience-centric storytelling. - Support campaigns with assets that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. - Ensure content is structured and optimized for LLM visibility so our brand becomes the go-to reference in AI-powered discovery environments. - Thought Leadership & Advocacy - Lead our thought leadership program to position us as a credible voice in the industry. - Run and expand our employee advocacy initiative, enabling our people to become brand ambassadors. - Partner with executives and SMEs to bring their insights into market-shaping narratives. - Campaign & Collaboration - Cross-collaborate with Marketing Team, Product, Sales, and HR to align content with business goals. - Support the team with building high-impact newsletters that grow our subscriber base and engage audiences. - Drive social media content and channel strategy to expand reach and visibility. - Experimentation & Optimization - Leverage AI tools to test new content formats, workflows, and channels. - Amplify on backlinks strategy. - Experiment with emerging platforms and storytelling formats to differentiate the brand. - Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize for results. What we’re looking for - Experience in content marketing, digital strategy, or creative content roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise. - Strong storytelling and writing skills with the ability to adapt across formats and channels. - Proven ability to manage content calendars, campaigns, and multi-channel distribution. - Curiosity and creativity: eager to explore how AI and LLMs reshape marketing. - Data-driven mindset: comfortable with metrics, optimization, and scaling what works. - Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
