We are looking for talented
**Customer Care Representative**
individuals who are committed to providing high-quality customer care, with a strong focus on accuracy, excellent telephone etiquette, and communication skills. While this is
**an entry-level position**

At this role you will support hospitals and medical centers by assisting patients and callers with a variety of needs, ensuring a smooth and positive experience, across various communication channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle mostly inbound calls, emails, and text notes promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate electronic records of customer interactions.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and active listening to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time effectively.
**Schedule:**
Full-time, 2nd shift (Hours to be discussed during the interview)
**Location:**
Remote and In office available
**Requirements**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette with active listening skills.
- Fluency in Macedonian
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Fluency in Spanish will be considered as a plus
- Stable Internet connection
