About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of **a leading fintech company in North Macedonia** that is looking to expand its Customer Experience team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with account and payment-related inquiries while working closely with internal teams, including Compliance (AML), to ensure timely issue resolution. Basic knowledge of legal, AML, and KYC concepts is an advantage, but full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities ·     Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat. ·     Assist customers with account and payment-related inquiries. ·     Escalate compliance and verification cases to the AML team. ·     Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. ·     Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. ·     Deliver an outstanding customer experience while following company policies. Requirements ·     Excellent written and spoken **English** (mandatory). ·     Strong communication and customer service skills. ·     Good computer literacy and attention to detail. ·     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ·     Basic understanding of legal, AML, and KYC concepts is an advantage. ·     Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech is considered an advantage.
