Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview: Fast growing company is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This position will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to order entry, addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally, answering phone calls, and managing customer orders. We are a growing company who proudly provides our customers with exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with our internal teams - Provide excellent customer service - Process customer orders and estimates - Composing clear and concise emails to communicate with customers and internal team members - Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner - Completing tasks with attention to detail and follow-through - Utilizing QuickBooks software to maintain customer records - Handle all aspects of customer service, including entering orders, quotes, and purchase orders Requirements/Qualifications: - 1-2 years of Customer Service experience - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel - Must possess the organizational skills necessary to succeed in a fast-paced, high- volume environment - Basic math and understating of conversions - Accurate order entry skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 3pm - 11pm Burimi: https://mk.linkedin.com/jobs/view/customer-support-specialist-at-ten-eks-global-4402442992
