D365 CE/CRM Functional consultant

**Functional Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Field Service** **Employment Type:** Full-time About the Role We are seeking a **Functional Analyst** with strong experience in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service** to support the delivery of CRM solutions. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Dynamics 365 to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Design and document solutions (user stories, process flows, configuration guides). - Configure Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service (workflows, business rules, forms). - Support SIT/UAT testing and resolve functional issues. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and quality. - Deliver user training and support knowledge transfer. Requirements - 3+ years’ experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role in CRM projects. - Strong hands-on experience with **Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service** . - Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design. - Ability to configure workflows, business rules, and forms in Dynamics 365. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
