**About Us** StartupBlink is a global startup ecosystem map and research center, trusted by hundreds of thousands of stakeholders and featured in thousands of publications worldwide. We deploy startup ecosystem portals and provide research and policy advisory services that help dozens of governments and leading international organizations accelerate the growth of their startup ecosystems. We're a small, motivated, fully remote team, with most members based in Europe which is why this role operates on European business hours. You'll be working directly with our management team on high-impact projects. This role offers the opportunity to build critical expertise, grow your career, and collaborate with world-class clients and partners. **Your Role** As a Data Analyst, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the Data team, working closely with the Data Manager, the Development team, and the CEO. You will: - Research, process, and analyze datasets across various organizational projects, including our flagship yearly Startup Ecosystem Ranking report - Build reports for internal and external stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights - Maintain and improve our Python scripts and data infrastructure **Skills & Requirements** **Must have:** - High proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python (Pandas) **Good to have:** - Python (Matplotlib), Linux Shell, ETL processes **What We're Looking For** You're highly motivated, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in economic development and startup ecosystems. You thrive working with an established, close-knit, and fun team. Previous involvement with startup ecosystems for example, working within a startup-related organization is a strong plus. Professional-level fluency in English is essential for this role.
