About the Role Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel" (UNIZKM) is seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven **Digital Marketing Specialist** to lead our digital outreach and recruitment campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing cross-channel digital marketing initiatives to increase institutional visibility, engage prospective students and international academic partners, and drive enrollment across our undergraduate and graduate programs. About the University Founded in 2004, Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel" is a premier private university in Albania. Built on European academic standards and grounded in moral values, UNIZKM operates in close partnership with renowned Italian universities (such as the University of Rome Tor Vergata and the University of Bari Aldo Moro) to offer joint and double degree programs across Medicine, Pharmacy, Architecture, and Economic Sciences. Key Responsibilities - **Campaign Management:** Design, launch, and manage paid and organic digital marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn to support student recruitment cycles and university events. - **Content Strategy & Creation:** Draft compelling copy, coordinate visual design, and produce multi-channel content tailored to prospective high school graduates, parents, postgraduate candidates, and international partners. - **Website & SEO Optimization:** Maintain and optimize the university website (UNIZKM domain), ensuring landing pages, admissions forms, and news sections are search-engine optimized and user-friendly. - **Community Engagement:** Oversee day-to-day social media engagement, monitor inquiries, and foster an interactive, welcoming online community aligned with the university's mission and values. - **Analytics & Performance Tracking:** Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager; generate weekly/monthly performance reports to refine ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead for admissions. - **Event Promotion:** Collaborate with academic departments and admissions staff to digitally promote open days, international academic conferences, entrance exams, and student life activities. Qualifications & Requirements - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field. - **Experience:** 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (experience in higher education or agency environments is a plus). - **Technical Skills:** - Deep proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4). - Experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress/Drupal) and email marketing platforms. - Basic proficiency in visual design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Photoshop). - **Language Skills:** - **Professional fluency in Albanian and Italian** (spoken and written) is required due to our dual-language environment and Italian partner university programs. - Working proficiency in **English** is highly desirable. - **Core Competencies:** Creative storytelling, analytical mindset, project management skills, and the ability to meet campaign deadlines during peak enrollment periods.
