English Speaking Customer Service Representative (InoStaff)

**Position: English-Speaking Customer Service Representative** **We are looking to recruit candidates in for customer service position supporting customers located in the United Kingdom** . This is the same type of customer service operation that we currently run internationally for a U.S.-based client. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and providing a combination of customer service, support, appointment assistance, and light sales. **Candidate Profile** **Our most important requirement is excellent spoken English** . Candidates will communicate directly with British customers by telephone and text, so we are looking for people who can comfortably hold a natural conversation in English and have a clear, professional and friendly phone presence. **Based on experience: €900.00-€1500.00/per month** **Candidates should ideally have:** - Advanced/fluent spoken and written English - At least 1 year of customer-facing experience, including customer service, call center, hospitality, hotel/reception, tourism, sales, or similar work - Excellent telephone communication skills - A positive, professional and empathetic personality - Good computer skills - Ability to learn new systems and procedures - Reliability and interest in stable, long-term employment **Role Responsibilities** - Answer inbound calls from customers in the UK. - Communicate with customers entirely in English - Provide accurate and professional customer support - Assist customers with questions and service-related needs - Handle a combination of customer service and sales - Resolve issues when possible and appropriately escalate cases when necessary - Document customer interactions accurately - Follow up with customers when required - Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer experience **Work Arrangement** - Full-time - 5 working days per week - Two days off per week, which may not necessarily be Saturday and Sunday - Shift-based schedule - 100% paid training **Compensation** Burimi: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4470173495/
