You’ll bring expertise in curriculum and a passion for helping educators grow. - Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (preferred) or Diploma (ACECQA recognised). - At least 2 years’ experience in a Lead Educator or curriculum leadership role. - In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning. - Strong coaching, mentoring, and reflective practice skills. - Knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy and pedagogical documentation. - WWCC and First Aid. **Our promise to you** We’ll recognise your impact and invest in your growth.
