**Role Description**
The Electrician role at Korin Balkan is a full-time, on-site position based in Albania, supporting hospitality and commercial properties with professional electrical services. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in hotels, resorts, restaurants, and related facilities. The Electrician will perform routine inspections, identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations. The role also involves collaborating with engineering and facility management teams on renovation projects, energy efficiency initiatives, and coordinated HVAC and electrical solutions. The Electrician is expected to keep accurate records of work performed and proactively recommend improvements to enhance reliability and performance of electrical systems.
**Qualifications**
- Strong foundational knowledge of electricity and safe electrical practices.
- Practical experience in electrical work, including installation and wiring in commercial or hospitality environments.
- Skills in maintenance & repair and troubleshooting of electrical systems, equipment, and controls.
- Understanding of basic electrical engineering principles applied to building and facility systems.
- Relevant vocational training or certification as an Electrician; license or eligibility for licensing in Albania is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local electrical codes, safety regulations, and energy-efficient practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for working with engineering, maintenance, and hospitality staff.
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or commercial properties is preferred.
