ForUp additionally provides first- and second-line support for Finance and Operations, ensuring continuous improvement and stability. **Role Description** The ERP BC Consultant – Dynamics Business Central (NAV) is a full-time, on-site role based in Skopje. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design functional solutions in Dynamics 365 Business Central. The consultant will configure and implement ERP modules, support FIT/GAP analysis, prepare functional design documents, and oversee testing and user acceptance. Daily tasks include providing key user training, assisting during go-live, and delivering post-implementation support and process improvements. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting functional issues, and ensuring that ERP solutions align with client business objectives and industry standards. **Qualifications** - Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to translate operational needs into ERP solutions. - Demonstrated Analytical Skills for requirements gathering, FIT/GAP analysis, and problem-solving within complex business environments. - Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV). - Good knowledge of Finance processes and concepts, especially in the context of ERP modules for finance and operations. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience working with medium or large organizations on ERP projects, including configuration, testing, and user training. - Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate in cross-functional teams. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and project deadlines on-site. - Professional working proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
