The Field Sales Manager will focus on driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and presenting tailored recruitment solutions. Responsibilities also include overseeing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
