The company’s mission is to make world-class orthodontic care accessible, transforming not only smiles but confidence, health, and overall well-being. **About the Role** The Finance Manager leads the day-to-day financial operations of iClear Group, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and management of the finance team. This role ensures the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all financial processes across the organization. The Finance Manager works closely with the Finance Lead / CFO, department managers, and the external accounting firm to support the company's financial strategy and operational objectives. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Financial Planning & Analysis** **•** Develop annual and quarterly budgets in collaboration with department heads. **•** Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making. **•** Oversee financial models and revenue/expense forecasts. **2. Financial Reporting & Compliance** **•** Ensure accurate and timely financial reports for management and the board. **•** Guarantee compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and applicable regulations. **•** Coordinate internal and external audits. **3. Finance Team Management** **•** Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Finance Specialist(s) and Senior Controller. **•** Build team capacity through training and professional development. **•** Set quality and accountability standards for the team. **4. Cash Flow & Liquidity Management** **•** Oversee cash flow management and liquidity forecasting. **•** Coordinate with the Treasury Specialist to optimize the cash position. **•** Manage banking relationships and loan agreements. **5. Internal Control & Risk Management** **•** Implement and monitor an effective system of internal financial controls. **•** Identify and manage financial and operational risks. **•** Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. **6. Tax Compliance** **•** Oversee tax obligations (VAT, income tax, social security) and their deadlines. **•** Coordinate with the tax authority and the external accounting consultant. **•** Stay continuously up to date with changes in fiscal legislation. **7. Cost Optimization** **•** Analyze cost structure and identify optimization opportunities. **•** Report on financial efficiency indicators and propose corrective measures. **•** Support decision-making on investments and capital expenditure. **8. Strategic Financial Support** **•** Support the CEO in preparing long-term financial strategy. **•** Analyze financial scenarios to support new strategic projects. **•** Represent the Finance department in cross-departmental meetings. **Requirements** **Education** Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred. **Work Experience** **•** Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance/accounting, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. **•** Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and team management. **•** In-depth knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and financial regulations. **Professional Skills** **•** Advanced knowledge of accounting, IFRS, and financial reporting. **•** Strong team leadership and capacity-building skills. **•** Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. **•** Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. **Language Skills** Very good command of Albanian and very good knowledge of English (written and spoken, at a professional level). Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage. **Other Skills** **•** High integrity and confidentiality in managing financial information. **•** Strategic thinking and long-term financial forecasting skills. **•** Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial management. **•** Resilience under pressure and ability to make decisions under tight deadlines. **•** Commitment to continuous process improvement. **Team Leadership** This position directly supervises the Finance Specialist(s) (1-3 people), Senior Finance Controller (1 person), and Treasury Specialist (1 person), and is responsible for their professional development, onboarding, and training on financial procedures and policies. **Career Growth** This role offers a clear path for advancement toward Finance Lead / Chief Financial Officer.
