The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Fractional B2B Growth Marketing Leader to join the GTM Bench operator network.
This is a fractional contractor role for a senior marketing operator who can help organisations generate pipeline, improve market visibility, accelerate demand creation, and support revenue growth.
You may work across multiple client engagements simultaneously, supporting founders, CMOs, CROs, commercial leaders, and GTM teams on strategic and execution-focused initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong B2B marketing experience with a commercial mindset and understands how marketing contributes directly to pipeline, revenue, and growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Marketing & Demand Generation
- Design and execute B2B marketing programmes that generate qualified pipeline
- Build and optimise demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) programmes for strategic accounts
- Support lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and opportunity creation initiatives
Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop content strategies aligned to industry and buyer needs
- Support webinars, virtual events, executive roundtables, and thought leadership programmes
- Create campaign messaging, value propositions, and industry-specific narratives
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Identify target accounts and buying committees
- Develop account engagement strategies
- Partner closely with sales teams to improve account penetration and conversion
Campaign Execution
- Execute digital marketing, email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, partner marketing, and event marketing programmes
- Coordinate campaign assets and delivery
- Monitor performance and optimise results
Revenue Marketing
- Track campaign performance and contribution to pipeline
- Improve marketing-to-sales conversion rates
- Work closely with sales and RevOps teams to improve funnel performance
- Build reporting dashboards and performance reviews
AI-Powered GTM
- Leverage AI tools to improve research, campaign execution, content development, and reporting
- Contribute to GTM Bench playbooks and AI-enabled marketing frameworks
Experience Required
- 6+ years of B2B marketing and business development experience
- Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lead generation, ABM, or revenue marketing
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and complex sales cycles
- Experience working closely with sales teams and commercial stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
