Front Desk Night Auditor

**Location:** Hilton Garden Inn Tirana, Albania **Employment Type:** Full-Time | Night Shift Hilton Garden Inn Tirana is looking for a dedicated and guest-focused **Front Desk Night Auditor** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth front office operations during the night shift, delivering exceptional guest service, and supporting the daily financial closing procedures. Previous Night Audit experience is an advantage but **not required** —comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently during overnight shifts. - Welcome guests and perform check-in and check-out procedures professionally. - Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest requests. - Complete Night Audit procedures in accordance with hotel policies and standards. - Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records. - Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. - Support the safety and security of guests and the property during overnight operations. - Maintain Hilton brand standards and contribute to an outstanding guest experience. - Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations. - Must be **currently residing in Tirana** or able to commute reliably to the hotel. - Available and well-organized to work **night shifts** on a regular schedule. - Previous experience in hospitality or front office is preferred but not essential. - Night Audit knowledge is an advantage; however, **training will be provided for the right candidate** . - Good command of English (additional languages are a plus). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Guest-oriented with a positive and professional attitude. - Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently. - Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage. - The opportunity to build your career with one of the world's leading hospitality brands. - Comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities. - A supportive and collaborative work environment. - Career growth opportunities within Hilton.
