Growth & Fundraising Coordinator | NGO Jobs Albania | Fundraising & Donor Engagement **On behalf of a leading international NGO in Albania, Dimension HR is seeking an experienced and strategic Growth & Fundraising Coordinator** to lead **Individual Giving** , **Donor Engagement** , and **Fundraising Campaigns** across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in **Fundraising, NGO Management, Sales Leadership, Business Development, or Project Coordination** who are passionate about creating sustainable social impact while leading high-performing teams. **What You'll Do** - Lead and implement the organization's **Fundraising Strategy** across **Face-to-Face (F2F), Digital Fundraising, and Donor Loyalty & Retention** channels. - Drive **Donor Acquisition** , **Donor Engagement** , and **Donor Retention** initiatives. - Manage and coach the fundraising team to achieve ambitious performance targets. - Monitor campaign KPIs, fundraising performance, ROI, donor growth, and retention metrics. - Build strategic partnerships to expand fundraising opportunities. - Ensure fundraising activities comply with organizational policies and international best practices.
