We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d)** to join our growing, international team. You will work on modern web and application projects, combining powerful TypeScript backends with intuitive frontend and mobile solutions built with **React and/or Flutter**. We offer a collaborative environment where your ideas matter and where you can actively shape digital products from concept to deployment. ## Tasks * Design, develop, and maintain modern backend services using TypeScript, ideally with NestJS or ExpressJS * Build and integrate frontend and/or mobile applications using React and/or Flutter * Design, implement, document, and optimize RESTful APIs using Swagger / OpenAPI * Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and other developers in an agile environment * Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices * Use GitLab for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and project management * Analyze existing systems and processes, identify optimization potential, and implement scalable solutions * Actively contribute ideas to improve architecture, performance, and user experience ## Requirements **Professional Experience** * At least **2-3 years of professional experience** in software development * Strong experience in **TypeScript backend development** * Experience as a **Full-Stack Developer** is highly desirable **Technical Skills** * Solid knowledge of **TypeScript**, Node.js, and backend frameworks such as **NestJS or ExpressJS** * Experience with **React and/or Flutter** (web and/or mobile development) * Experience designing and documenting **REST APIs** (Swagger/OpenAPI) * Familiarity with **Git-based workflows** and CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab) * Understanding of modern software architecture, testing, and deployment practices **Soft Skills** * Strong team player with excellent communication skills * Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style * High motivation to learn new technologies and continuously improve * Passion for clean code, scalable solutions, and user-focused development **Language Skills** * **Good to very good English skills**, both written and spoken ## Benefits * Work on **innovative and challenging projects** using modern technologies * **Flexible working hours** and a healthy work-life balance * Opportunity for **remote or hybrid work** * Continuous **training and professional development** * Modern tools, hardware, and development environment * **Attractive salary** with additional benefits such as travel cost reimbursement or corporate pension plans * Flat hierarchies, short decision paths, and a supportive team culture Do you want to build modern digital solutions that really make a difference?
