**Software Developer – Join Our Growing Team** **BIMCAD Studio is looking for an analytical and proactive Software Developer to join our team and support the development, stabilisation, and expansion of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, good technical reasoning, and the ability to make effective use of modern AI-assisted development tools.** **Key Responsibilities:** - Research, plan, and identify the best technical solutions for existing issues and new feature developments. - Use agentic AI tools, such as Manus, to build and improve web applications, write effective prompts, and manage AI-driven workflows. - Test and validate AI-generated features and application changes to ensure they meet business requirements and expected functionality. - Investigate and resolve application issues, including crashes, bugs, and unexpected behaviour. - Develop and maintain features across our web application using technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, React, tRPC, Drizzle, and MySQL. - Develop and improve our own internal tools and applications to make colleagues’ work more effective and efficient. - Support colleagues with software-related challenges by understanding their workflows, resolving technical issues, and identifying opportunities to improve or automate internal processes. - Understand how the Node.js environment works and how different parts of an application interact. - Plan and prioritise tasks effectively to deliver reliable solutions and new features. - Collaborate closely with the lead developer to plan future improvements and help shape our development process. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. - 1 to 3 years of experience in software development. - Good understanding of web application concepts and how the front end, back end, and databases work together. - Familiarity with our technology stack: Node.js, Express.js, React, MySQL; experience with tRPC or Drizzle is an advantage. - Strong developer thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to how solutions fit into the wider application. - Ability to assess AI-generated solutions critically and confirm that the final result works as expected. - Interest in improving internal processes and building tools that make colleagues’ work easier. - Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of tasks. **What We Offer:** - Opportunity to work with an international team and innovative AI-driven projects. - Professional growth and development opportunities, with a clear path to help build and shape a future expanded development team. - A collaborative and supportive working environment. - The opportunity to be part of a growing technology-focused company, developing internal tools that make our employees’ work more effective and efficient. 📍 Location: Bitola / On-site 💼 Position: Full-time Software Developer 📩 contact@bimcadstudio.com If you are tech-curious, analytical, and passionate about building reliable web applications and internal tools, we would love to hear from you.
