We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and decisive
**General Manager**
to oversee day-to-day operations, lead our remote workforce, optimize internal processes, and actively contribute to company growth.
**Role Overview**
The General Manager balances operational excellence with client coordination and business development. You will be responsible for supervising remote teams across various management models, maintaining high-touch client communication, and driving outreach initiatives to scale our client portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Employee Supervision & Workforce Management**
- **Structured Performance Monitoring:**
Supervise employees daily. Review daily logs, track task completion, and monitor activity via productivity tools.
- **KPI Management & Coaching:**
Track, analyze, and optimize individual and team KPIs. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance, collaborating directly with senior management.
- **Time & Attendance Compliance:**
Monitor
*Jibble*
and
*Hubstaff*
to ensure precise time tracking. Correct discrepancies and educate staff on the financial impact of incorrect time entries.
- **Leave Coordination:**
Manage and review DayOff/Annual Leave requests, communicating proactively with clients to secure approvals.
- **Reporting & Strategy:**
Prepare comprehensive daily issue logs, weekly performance reviews, and detailed monthly workforce optimization reports, complete with development roadmaps.
- **Strategic Optimization:**
Develop and implement strategic roadmaps to optimize and automate project knowledge bases and reporting workflows.
**2. Maintain Company Image & Growth**
- **Brand Ambassadorship & Digital Presence:**
Serve as a premier online role model for Jupiter BPO, consistently showcasing the company’s values, culture, and operational excellence across professional platforms.
- **LinkedIn Networking & Thought Leadership:**
Drive company growth on LinkedIn by publishing high-quality personal posts, sharing insights on remote workforce management, engaging meaningfully with hiring posts, and sending strategic connection requests to decision-makers.
- **Strategic Collaboration:**
Partner with the founders weekly and monthly to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), brainstorm growth strategies, and convert high-potential prospects into active clients.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
Decisive and resourceful with the ability to balance strict operational oversight with empathetic team coaching.
- **Experience:**
Proven experience in operational management, team leadership, or account management.
- **Technical Proficiency:**
Strong familiarity with time-tracking and productivity software (e.g.,
*Jibble*
,
*Hubstaff or others*
).
- **AI Literacy:**
Enthusiastic about using AI tools and automation workflows to streamline business processes.
- **Communication Skills:**
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to lead client huddles, address performance issues, and drive outbound sales communication.
- **Growth Mindset:**
Highly organized and self-motivated to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs independently.
- **Open Mindedness:**
As part of the management structure of an SME, responsibilities may vary, and you might be asked to contribute in other ways. The ideal candidate will not be limited by the responsibilities mentioned above.
