If you are a senior pharma leader with strong expertise in market access, Ministry of Health tenders, and stakeholder management within the healthcare sector, and you are motivated to take ownership of a lean, high-impact regional operation, we would be happy to receive your application. 🔹 **Job position:** General Manager - North Macedonia, Kosovo & Albania 📍 **Location:** Skopje-based office, with regional responsibility in Kosovo and Albania 📝 **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage overall business operations across North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania - Take full ownership of business performance and ensure successful execution of country-level strategies - Drive and manage Ministry of Health tenders across all three countries, ensuring successful market access and product availability - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare authorities, and institutional stakeholders - Oversee market access and reimbursement processes in all three countries - Ensure successful implementation of commercial and access strategies in line with regulatory frameworks - Establish and develop local operational structure, including office setup and coordination of external partners - Ensure compliance with all local regulatory, legal, and pharmacovigilance requirements - Act as the main representative of the company in the region and the key decision-maker for business activities - Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to align regional execution with global strategy 🎯 **Requirements** - Proven experience as a General Manager or senior country leadership role in the pharmaceutical industry - Strong track record in managing Ministry of Health tenders in North Macedonia, Kosovo, and/or Albania - Solid experience in market access steps in the 3 countries - Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the medical community - Experience in rare diseases or orphan drugs is considered a strong advantage - Strong leadership and communication skills - Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage - Drivers licence (B category) - Ability to operate independently 🕘 **What We Offer** - Key leadership role in a growing pharmaceutical organization - Opportunity to shape and develop a regional business from the ground up - High level of autonomy and decision-making responsibility - Competitive and negotiable compensation package - Company provided vehicle 📌 **Selection Process** Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an initial interview with Manpower, followed by interviews with the client.
