About Provence Agency Provence Agency is a strategic communications and creative studio based in Skopje. We work with businesses, brands and organizations across strategic communications, public relations, brand development, storytelling and creative campaigns. Our approach combines strategy with creative execution. Depending on the project, this can mean developing a brand and its visual direction, creating a campaign from the first idea to execution, producing communication materials or helping an organization find a clearer and more relevant way to present itself. As our project portfolio grows, we're looking to expand the network of creative professionals we collaborate with. The role We're looking for a **Graphic Designer** based in Skopje to collaborate with Provence Agency on a project basis. This is not a full-time position. Collaboration will be organized around individual client and studio projects, with the scope, timeline and fee agreed before the start of each engagement. We're looking for someone who can take a creative direction or concept and turn it into strong visual communication, while also bringing their own perspective to the process. Depending on the project, the work may include: - Brand identities and visual systems - Campaign key visuals and adaptations - Social and digital communication materials - Editorial and presentation design - Print materials - Event and promotional materials - Creative concepts and visual references - Preparing final assets for digital and print use What we're looking for **A strong portfolio matters more to us than years of experience or formal qualifications.** You should have: - A strong understanding of typography, composition and visual hierarchy - Good command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop or equivalent professional tools - Ability to work within an established brand identity - Ability to develop a visual direction when a project starts from a broader creative concept - Attention to detail - Reliable communication and respect for agreed deadlines - Openness to feedback and collaborative work Experience with motion design, illustration, editorial design or brand identity development is a plus, but not a requirement. How we work Provence leads the strategic and creative direction of its projects and brings in collaborators according to the needs of each assignment. We value people who can contribute creatively rather than simply execute instructions. You'll receive a clear brief and direction, while still having room to bring your own ideas and expertise into the work. The collaboration is **remote and project-based** , with occasional in-person meetings in Skopje when useful for a particular project. There is **no fixed monthly salary or guaranteed volume of work** . Compensation is agreed individually for each project according to its scope and requirements.
