We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. **Role Description** **Titans Marketing** is looking for a talented and creative **Graphic Designer** to join our growing team in Tirana. This is a **hybrid position** , combining work from our Tirana office with the flexibility to work remotely on selected days. We work with clients across different industries and markets, so we are looking for someone who can adapt to different brand styles, think creatively, and produce strong visual content for digital marketing and social media. **Responsibilities:** - Design engaging social media graphics, carousels, ads, banners, and other digital marketing materials - Develop creative concepts based on client branding and campaign objectives - Create visually consistent content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms - Work with our social media and marketing team to develop monthly content - Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and campaigns - Follow existing brand guidelines while also contributing new creative ideas - Handle multiple client projects and meet agreed deadlines - Make revisions based on internal and client feedback - Stay current with social media, design, advertising, and visual-content trends **Requirements:** - Strong graphic design portfolio - Experience designing content for social media and digital marketing - Strong knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator** - Experience with **Canva** is also highly valued - Good understanding of typography, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy - Ability to work with different brands and design styles - Strong attention to detail - Good communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Working knowledge of English - Experience with **video editing, motion graphics, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut** would be considered a strong advantage.
