GTM Engineer

We're looking for our first GTM engineer. You'll work directly with two 3-times and past exits founders who've already figured out the playbook with years deep in the GTM AI space before it was trendy. The opportunity: You're not joining a company figuring things out. We've built programmatic systems from the ground up - strong foundations, clean documentation, reproducible workflows. We're expecting 3x growth because we've done the hard work most startups skip. This is unlimited career growth territory. You'll learn the entire GTM stack in months, not years. What we do: LoopGTM is a Done-With-You GTM accelerator. We help B2B companies build outbound engines they own forever - not rent from agencies. We co-build Clay workflows, email campaigns, and demand gen systems alongside clients so they walk away with full ownership. Who we are: Zero ego, all execution. We're not "thought leaders" doing podcasts - we're in the trenches building workflows, writing copy, running campaigns. That's rare in this market. What you'll do: - Build and maintain Clay workflows from day one - for clients AND for LoopGTM's own prospecting. We're Clay-based, so you need to be 9/10+ minimum. - Draft accurate documentation for every workflow so the next person (or client) can pick it up. Keep every workflow iteration updated. - Create account and lead lists. - Execute whatever we need to maintain our growth pace. **We don't care if you have zero client-facing experience - we'll teach you that. What we need is someone who can execute in the trenches with us on the technical side.** What you need: - 9/10+ Clay skills (this is non-negotiable) - Claude Code is a plus - High English proficiency (all our clients are US-based) - Available US EST working hours - Able to figure things out without hand-holding (we're not micromanagers and expect full ownership) **What you get: Full-time role, paid in USD: fixed salary + retention-based variable + quarterly performance bonus.** **If you need 6 months to get productive, this isn't your role.
