**Scale Revenue Through High-Impact Partner Ecosystems** The **Head of Affiliate & Sales - MK** drives the creation and scaling of a high-impact affiliate and partner sales engine, directly influencing revenue growth and market expansion. This role shapes how a global media business monetizes its massive audience while building a long-term, high-value career with Emapta's premium global network. **About the Client** Our client is a **fast-scaling media powerhouse with over 250 million followers across its social platforms.** They collaborate with global brands, celebrities, and influencers to create high-performing content and drive large-scale digital growth. Their ecosystem combines content creation, creator management, and performance marketing to deliver measurable impact. **Responsibilities** - Design and launch the affiliate program from the ground up, including commission structures, tracking, attribution, payouts, and onboarding - Recruit affiliates across creators, influencers, agencies, and digital professionals with strong distribution channels - Build and lead the affiliate and sales function, starting as a player-coach while developing scalable systems and playbooks - Develop partner enablement assets such as landing pages, pitch decks, creatives, and training materials - Identify and close direct sales opportunities with agencies, enterprise clients, and high-value partners - Establish tracking, reporting, and analytics for performance, attribution, LTV, and ROI - Manage partner lifecycle including onboarding, coaching, escalations, and retention - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize offers, campaigns, and partner-driven experiences **Qualifications** - **5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner sales, or channel sales** - **Proven experience building an affiliate or partner program from zero** - Strong track record of recruiting and scaling high-performing partner networks - **Deep understanding of affiliate mechanics including attribution, commissions, fraud prevention, and payouts** - Strong sales and negotiation skills across individuals, agencies, and enterprise partners - Leadership capability to build, train, and scale a partner or sales team - Data-driven mindset with strong grasp of unit economics and performance metrics - Experience with affiliate platforms and related tools - Self-starter with the ability to build systems, teams, and processes independently - Bonus: experience in SaaS, creator economy, subscription models, or AI/tech products **Job Overview** Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Night shift, Weekends off Work Setup: Work from home **Benefits** - Private Medical Insurance - Access to Sportmaster - Career growth opportunities - Global career exposure - Diverse and supportive work environment - Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (https://emapta.com/training-calendar/) **Join the Top 1% Talent.
