On behalf of our esteemed client, One Macedonia Telecommunications, a newly established telecommunications company backed by the regional investment group 4iG, we are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Marketing Communication Department.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in marketing communications, brand management, and integrated marketing campaigns, with a proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support business growth. Experience within the telecommunications industry will be considered an advantage, but is not mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Marketing Communications Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives, business priorities, and brand positioning.
- Brand Management: Lead the development, protection, and enhancement of the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, materials, and customer touchpoints.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, advertising, events, public relations, and content marketing.
- Corporate Communications: Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging to employees, customers, partners, media, and other stakeholders.
- Content Development: Direct the creation of high-quality marketing and communication materials, including press releases, presentations, publications, websites, social media content…
- Public Relations & Media Management: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, agencies, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Lead digital communication initiatives, including website management, social media strategy, email marketing, SEO, and online brand presence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with executive leadership, business units, sales teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of communication objectives and messaging.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and communication effectiveness to inform strategy and optimize campaign performance.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, mentor, and develop the marketing communications team, fostering innovation, accountability, and high-performance culture.
- Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage marketing communications budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness, brand performance, audience engagement, and communication outcomes.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, production suppliers, and other external service providers.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all marketing communications activities comply with corporate policies, industry regulations, and brand governance standards.

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree is considered a strong advantage.
- Advanced/Negotiation-level proficiency in English
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, brand management, corporate affairs, or a related field in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional projects in complex business environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and people management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Excellent communication, creativity, commercial awareness and results orientation.
