**Head of Sales – SAP Consulting & Nearshore** As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Head of Sales who will take ownership of our international sales development and, most importantly, help us win new customers. **The Role** This is a new business-focused sales leadership role. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to prospect, make the first contact, build relationships from scratch and turn opportunities into signed SAP consulting engagements. Your primary objective will be to identify and acquire companies that need SAP consulting services, as well as organizations looking for reliable nearshore SAP delivery capacity from Albania. You will also be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our international business. **Your Responsibilities** \* Develop and execute the international sales strategy for SAP consulting and nearshore services \* Identify target markets, industries, companies and decision-makers with SAP demand \* Proactively generate new business through outbound sales, networking, referrals, events and strategic partnerships \* Identify companies looking for SAP consulting, AMS, implementation, rollout and S/4HANA capabilities \* Identify SAP consulting companies and system integrators that require additional nearshore delivery capacity \* Position RealCore Albania as a trusted nearshore SAP partner \* Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities \* Develop relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, SAP Managers, Procurement and other relevant decision-makers \* Lead the complete sales process from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation and contract closing \* Work closely with our SAP consultants and management team to develop appropriate client solutions and proposals \* Develop strategic partnerships within the SAP ecosystem \* Establish scalable sales processes, KPIs and reporting \* Take responsibility for sales targets, pipeline development and new customer acquisition **What We Are Looking For** We are looking for a hands-on sales hunter, not a traditional account manager. You should have: \* Proven experience in SAP consulting sales, IT services sales or a comparable B2B technology environment \* A demonstrated track record of acquiring new customers \* An existing network within the SAP / IT ecosystem is a strong advantage \* Experience selling to companies in Germany, Switzerland, Austria or other European markets \* Experience with nearshore/offshore models is an advantage \* Strong understanding of the SAP consulting business model \* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills \* Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of independence \* Ability to develop strategy while remaining hands-on in execution \* Strong commercial understanding and result orientation \* Fluent English; German is highly desirable **Location** You do not have to be an Albanian citizen.
