Key Responsibilities • Conduct site HSE inspections and ensure compliance with project safety requirements. • Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and risk control measures. • Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training. • Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare reports. • Monitor subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements. • Maintain HSE records, permits, inspections, and documentation. • Support emergency response planning and drills. • Promote a positive safety culture across all project activities.
