HR Generalist – Skopje, North Macedonia **POWERCHINA Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. – Branch Skopje** POWERCHINA Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of **POWERCHINA (Fortune Global 500)** , is a global leader in power and infrastructure engineering. Our Skopje Branch supports the development of **renewable energy and infrastructure projects across North Macedonia and the Balkan region** , including solar PV and power transmission projects. We are currently seeking an **HR & Admin Officer** to join our team in Skopje. This role is **HR-focused (not purely administrative)** and will support both HR operations and office coordination in an international project environment. **Key Responsibilities** **Human Resources** - Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication - Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes - Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files - Support attendance tracking, leave management, and HR data updates - Assist in HR reporting and compliance-related processes - Support local talent acquisition and workforce planning **Administration** - Support daily office administration and coordination - Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers - Follow up on administrative processes and office operations - Assist with employee logistics, including accommodation and travel arrangements - Support coordination between local and international teams **Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 1–3 years of HR or relevant experience - Experience in **local talent acquisition in North Macedonia** is preferred - Basic understanding of **North Macedonia Labour Law** - Strong communication and organizational skills - Fluent in **Macedonian and English** - **Chinese language skills or understanding of Chinese working culture is an advantage** - Experience in international or project-based environments is a plus **Location** Skopje, North Macedonia **Work Eligibility** Candidates currently based in North Macedonia or holding valid work authorization are preferred. **Application** Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: pengfeifei-jxdj@powerchina.cn abiya-jxdj@powerchina.cn +971 505363707 Burimi: https://mk.linkedin.com/jobs/view/hr-generalist-at-powerchina-jiangxi-electric-power-construction-co-ltd-dubai-branch-4406039247
