HSSE and Q Engineer

Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger Albania, is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for the position of HSSE and Q Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals in the power industry or related sectors who are looking to join an international company focused on innovation, sustainability, and continuous development. **Your role:** **Areas of responsibility will include, but not limited to:** - Develop and ensure compliance with the company procedures and high standards of health, safety and environmental management for all works on site - Understand and ensure compliance with Locally applicable Laws - Develop and implement local procedures within the company requirements regarding Safe systems of work and energy control - Drive for Continuous improvement on all aspects of HSSE and Q including 5S - Deliver daily maintenance and engineering projects and contracts to time, quality and budget. - Provide guidance and coordination of the daily maintenance based on maintenance plans in SAP, set priorities, and maximize plant availability. - Recognize key risks and put actions in place to reduce / eliminate them. - Respond to plant failures, including fault resetting and first line plant defect analysis. - Cooperate with regional and central technical departments, - Conduct HSSE induction training for the new employees, - Assure implementation of the HSSE Manual, in compliance with the company Corporate Procedures, well as implementation of requirements set by the Albanian HSSE authorities - Manage the construction and design of remedial works to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Provide quality assurance and handle nonconformities in alignment with Operational Standards - Conduct additional tasks/duties as required by the line manager **Your profile :** - A bachelor’s Degree, or higher in an Engineering, Safety, or related technical field - At least 5 years Operational HSSE experience in the power industry or similar - Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relating to HSSE internationally and locally (i.e. Albanian state requirements). - Very good command of English. - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule format. - Ability to make good judgments and render good decisions - High ethical standards **What we offer:** - Professional and personal development in a company experiencing strong growth. - A positive working environment characterized by expertise, responsibility and innovation. - A diverse workplace regarding gender, age and cultural background - Competitive terms of employment and excellent benefit schemes Location: Cërrik Municipality, Elbasan. **Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV’s until 21.05.2026** under the email address: **d.marko@pendlpiswanger.com** with reference code **104/838.** Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/hsse-and-q-engineer-at-pendl-piswanger-albania-kosovo-4411890187
