What You Will Do: - **CRM Optimization:** Own our HubSpot architecture, managing data hygiene, custom objects, and pipeline structures. - **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Build, maintain, and analyze custom dashboards to give our teams clear insights into performance. - **Automation & Workflows:** Design and optimize workflows to eliminate manual tasks and streamline operations. - **Troubleshooting:** Act as the go-to expert for auditing data discrepancies and fixing system bottlenecks. Who You Are: - You have proven experience managing and analyzing data within HubSpot (HubSpot certifications are a major advantage). - You have a strong analytical mindset, you do not just look at numbers; you understand the business logic behind them. - You are highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive about solving problems before they impact operations. - You possess strong communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.
