This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding, record keeping, and supporting recruitment processes. The role includes maintaining and implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with benefits administration. The HR Generalist will handle employee inquiries, support performance management processes, and help ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards. This role collaborates closely with managers and employees to promote a positive, fair, and safe workplace. **Qualifications** - Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles. - Ability to develop, implement, and maintain clear HR Policies aligned with company practices and legal requirements. - Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including communication and documentation of benefit programs. - Good understanding of local labor laws and regulations, and ability to ensure compliance in HR practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in standard office software and HR-related systems or databases. - University education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
