As our business grows, we are looking for talented professionals who are passionate about making an impact and growing their careers in a dynamic environment. **Role Description** We are looking for a proactive and organised **Human Resources (HR) Specialist** to join our team in **Tirana** . This is a **full-time, on-site** position responsible for supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, HR documentation, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Working closely with department managers, the HR Specialist will help ensure an efficient recruitment process, maintain accurate employee records, support workforce planning, and contribute to creating a positive, professional, and compliant working environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate recruitment and candidate selection processes. - Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. - Prepare employment-related documentation in accordance with company procedures. - Support employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries. - Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives. - Ensure compliance with Albanian labour legislation and internal HR policies. - Coordinate with department managers regarding staffing and workforce needs. - Support HR reporting and administrative processes. - Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and company culture. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field. - Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred. - Good knowledge of Albanian Labour Law and HR best practices. - Strong organisational and communication skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. - Experience with HRIS systems is considered an advantage. - Experience in the FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics sector is considered an advantage. **What We Offer** - Opportunity to join one of Albania's fastest-growing FMCG companies. - A professional, collaborative, and supportive working environment. - Career development and continuous learning opportunities. - Competitive salary based on experience. - The opportunity to be part of **Atlas Corporation** , one of Albania's leading business groups. **Location:** Tirana, Albania **Employment Type:** Full-time | On-site 📩 **To apply, please send your CV to:** **m.domi@atlasgroup.al** **Join our team and help shape the future of Ola Foods.
