iGaming - Operations and Payment Support Specialist (20 hours/week)

As we approach our hard launch, we are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented **Operations and Payment Support Specialist** . We want a proactive specialist who understands the flow of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and knows exactly how to maintain transaction efficiency and investigate operational glitches. Working closely with our Operations Lead and Payment Analyst, you will be the operational go-to person for investigating and resolving platform errors and payment failures. You don’t need to code; instead, you understand how the puzzle pieces fit together. You will analyze what goes wrong in the transaction flow and work directly with our platform provider (Slotegrator) and PSPs to get it fixed. If you thrive in a structured yet fast-paced remote startup, we want you on board. **What you will do** - Investigate, debug, and resolve operational issues with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and support the functional onboarding of new payment methods. - Diagnose transaction and integration issues by analyzing back-office logs, callbacks, and configuration settings ( **no coding required** ). - Act as the technical liaison between our Payment Analyst and external partners (Slotegrator and PSPs) to ensure swift resolution of tickets. - Monitor transaction success rates and proactively flag anomalies in the payment flows. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of system errors, configurations, and provider tickets. - *Note: Our platform is managed by Slotegrator; your role focuses on operational debugging, configuration checks, and provider connectivity, not core development.* **What we are looking for** - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, or Payment Operations, ideally within the iGaming or Fintech sector. - Strong practical understanding of how API integrations work, payment gateway back-offices, and transaction flows (callbacks, statuses). - A methodical approach to analyzing system logs and isolating the root causes of payment failures. - Excellent communication skills to efficiently drive solutions with external tech partners (like Slotegrator and PSP account managers). - Fluent professional English and full availability to collaborate during the core hours of 09:00 to 18:00 CET.  **What we offer** - **Hours/Commitment:** 20 hours per week (Part-time). - **Position:** 100% Remote with a global, distributed team. - **Compensation:** Competitive salary based on GEO benchmarks and your specific iGaming experience. - The unique professional freedom and operational speed of a fast-growing, international startup environment.
