The role combines operational execution with strategic customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth. Works closely with major key accounts, outside sales representatives, Customer Service, plant personnel, and Product Management teams to provide timely and effective support. Responsible for managing a wide range of customer requests, including pricing inquiries, order expedites, sample requests, and quality or technical support matters. . **Key Responsibilities** - Manage customer communication with a sense of urgency and professionalism - Respond to customers quotations, needs, inquires, and complaints - close cooperation with YAGEO/KEMET’s outside sales organization to maintain and increase results - Understanding the goals and concepts of the business and incorporating business goals to achieve sales and profitability - Establish level of product knowledge and solid working knowledge of Yageo/KEMET systems - Facilitate communication and close collaboration with Distributor partners. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in related major preferred - Two to four years’ sales/customer service experience preferred - Must be fast-paced, goal-oriented individuals who can provide world-class service to our customers - Must be able to learn products, sales processes, and systems - Fluent in English - Conveys positive, competitive, confident personality - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Analyze problems and develop solutions - Being able to work under pressure - Team player - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word) - Broad knowledge of business administration - Strong attention to detail - Previous sales or customer service experience - Professional appearance - Strong business acumen - Solid presentation skills - Good reporting skills **Location & Work Type** - **Location:** Ilinden, Skopje, Macedonia - **Work Type:** Full-time, site work - **Department:** Inside Sales Department - **Reports To:** Head of Sales West Europe & High Reliability and Head of Sales North Europe **What We Offer** - Working in an international and cross-functional environment within a leading global electronics company. - Opportunity for professional growth into roles in Inside Sales Department. - Training in company products, tools, and systems. - Continuous learning and development opportunities. - 1 full-course meal per working day. - Referral bonus program. - Organized transportation to and from work (Skopje, Kumanovo, Veles, and Sv.
