The company offers a professional environment focused on reliability, regulatory compliance, and customer service. **Role Description:** The Internal Auditor will perform day-to-day internal audit activities to ensure the effectiveness of financial and operational controls, compliance with regulations, and alignment with company policies. Responsibilities include planning and executing internal audit engagements, reviewing financial transactions and processes, assessing risk, and preparing clear, structured audit reports for management. The role involves collaborating with finance and other departments, communicating findings, and recommending improvements to internal controls and procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Skopje, requiring regular presence at the company’s premises and close coordination with cross-functional teams. **Qualifications** - Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate financial and operational data objectively. - Experience in finance and financial audits, with solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements. - Ability to prepare and present clear, accurate audit reports and documentation. - Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and explaining audit findings and recommendations. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field and Certified Auditor License issued in accordance with the Law on Auditing; professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, ACCA) is an advantage. - Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations is beneficial. - High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Proficiency with office productivity tools and relevant audit or financial software.
