Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Skopje for a front desk Office Manager at Futura 2/2 Advertising Agency. The Office Manager will be responsible for receptionist duties, clerical tasks, and communication with service providers, suppliers, clients, and staff. The role also includes personal assistance to company managers, providing customer service to new and potential leads, production assistant for tv and digital production as well as handling basic tasks related to everyday agency work on digital channels.

Qualifications

- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Basic level knowledge of financing, budgeting and excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a bonus
