**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Medical Laboratory Device Sales Representative role based in Tirana. . Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new accounts, scheduling and conducting product presentations, and providing in-person support during product evaluations and implementations. The role involves regular visits to hospitals and clinics, coordinating product demonstrations, and assisting in operating room settings to ensure correct device usage in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. The representative will track sales activities, prepare reports, collaborate with internal teams on customer feedback, and meet or exceed established sales targets while upholding ethical sales practices.
**Qualifications**
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales and general Sales skills, including account management, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Laboratory Diagnostic and familiarity with relevant medical devices and procedures.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Medicine to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and interpret clinical needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, business, or related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage territory activities, and organize schedules effectively.
- Strong ethical standards, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel locally within the Tirana area and nearby regions as needed.
