Inventory KPI & Performance Analyst

We need someone who looks at our numbers and tells us where the money is being made, where it's leaking, and what to do about it. Our business runs on multiple advertisers selling products across several European countries, with stock held in warehouses across the continent. The same product often moves through different advertisers, so inventory, campaign performance, and supplier reliability are constantly changing. Your job is to make sense of all of it and turn it into decisions. This is a 90% backend analyst role. The other 10% is light coordination: alerting affiliate managers when a publisher's results change significantly, and notifying an advertiser when stock is running thin on a winning campaign. **About Adsolution** We're an Ecommerce and performance marketing company, based in Tirana, warehouses across Europe. International team with experience from South America, Italy, and China. **Day to day** - Track inventory across advertisers and warehouses, identifying stockout risks before they happen - Analyze campaign performance across countries, traffic sources, publishers, suppliers, and media buyers - Identify the profitable sources and the ones losing money - Build reports and dashboards that drive real decisions - Forecast inventory from sales trends - Support bonus and commission decisions with clean data - Alert affiliate managers and advertisers when the data calls for action **You're a fit if you have** - Strong analytical and problem-solving thinking - Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, comfort with large datasets - Ability to spot patterns and trends in messy data - Excellent attention to detail - Comfort owning your work and reporting up without being followed **Language Requirements** - Fluent English, written and spoken (mandatory) - Italian, written and spoken (mandatory) - Additional European languages are considered a plus. **Bonus** - Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, ecommerce, or logistics - SQL or other query languages - Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase, etc.) - Additional European languages **About working with us** In-office team in Tirana, Lake View office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
