IT Specialist

This is a high-ownership role where you will: - Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments for both local and remote teams. - Manage user access and permissions across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and our suite of productivity tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp). - Implement and monitor endpoint security, including MFA, VPNs, firewalls, and patch management. - Streamline our internal tool builders and AI-driven solutions to keep the team moving faster. - Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backups, and disaster recovery planning. - Document processes and create technical guides that actually make sense. **What You Bring** - **Technical Versatility** : Proven experience in IT support or systems administration within a high-growth, fast-paced environment. - **Deep OS Knowledge** : You are comfortable jumping between Windows, macOS, and Linux. - **Cloud Fluency** : Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. - **Security Mindset** : You understand the “why” behind cybersecurity best practices and can enforce them without slowing the team down. - **Problem-Solving DNA** : You don’t just fix surface symptoms; you find root causes. - **Education/Certs** : A degree in CS/IT is great, but we value documented skills (CompTIA A+, MS-900, Google IT Support) and real-world experience just as much.
