**IT System Administrator** On behalf of a leading national broadcasting company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive IT System Administrator to join our technology team. If you have hands-on experience with **Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, VMware, Network Administration, Virtualization, and IT Infrastructure Management,** this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing and mission-critical IT environment. As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, stability, performance, and availability of the organization's IT Infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization platforms, and enterprise systems. *Key Responsibilities* - Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server and/or Linux server environments. - Manage Microsoft Active Directory, user accounts, Group Policy, permissions, DNS, and DHCP. - Monitor the performance, availability, and health of the IT Infrastructure using monitoring tools. - Perform backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures. - Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of enterprise systems and services. - Administer and support LAN/WAN network infrastructure. - Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network security devices. - Manage VLANs, Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, and network connectivity. - Implement and maintain IT Security best practices to protect systems and infrastructure. - Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, network, and security incidents. - Administer VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms. - Manage virtual hosts, virtual machines, snapshots, and virtual infrastructure performance. - Support SAN/NAS storage environments and infrastructure optimization. - Provide technical support for hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues. - Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures. - Collaborate with internal teams to implement infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology improvement projects. *Required Qualifications* - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - Master's degree is considered an advantage. - Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an **IT System Administrator, Systems Administrator, or IT Infrastructure Engineer.** - Experience administering enterprise **Windows Server and/or Linux environments.** - Hands-on experience with **Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft environments.** - Strong experience managing enterprise **Network Infrastructure.** - Experience with virtualization technologies including **VMware and/or Hyper-V.** - Professional certifications such as **Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Fortine** t, or equivalent are considered an advantage. *Please note that only candidates who meet the required criteria will be contacted for an interview by the Dimension HR team.* **WE WELCOME YOU!** \* *All applications will be treated with full confidentiality by Dimension HR in accordance with Law No. 9887 “On Personal Data Protection” and will be used solely for recruitment purposes* .
