Junior Affiliate Manager (Affiliate Marketing)

We’re looking for a **Jr. Affiliate Manager** to support both our affiliate and advertiser partnerships. Tasks **What you’ll do** - Work closely with Account Managers and the optimization team to grow company profits. - Assist our Account Managers in managing & growing our big accounts. - Recruit, onboard, and support new affiliates & advertisers (contracts, tracking setup, creatives). - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners (advertisers & publishers). - Manage daily communications with partners and coordinate with internal marketing and optimization teams. - Monitor affiliate campaigns and advertiser offers: traffic, conversions, ROI, EPC. - Help negotiate CPL rates, contracts, and payment terms under guidance. - Manage daily campaign needs, including adding new offers to the portal. - Share reports, insights, and optimization suggestions to help partners meet performance goals. - Stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing trends, payout models (CPL, CPA, Rev-Share), and vertical dynamics.
