Junior Payroll Specialist (Remote)

**Key Responsibilities** - Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for multiple clients - Prepare prorated salary calculations, bonuses, and final settlements - Verify payroll data (attendance, salary changes, deductions, etc.) - Coordinate with local accountants - Assist with preparation of payroll reports and reconciliations - Support compliance with local labor and tax regulations - Maintain accurate payroll documentation and employee records - Assist with client queries related to payroll **Requirements** - University degree - 0–5 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance (internships welcome) - Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset - Good knowledge of Excel - Good written and spoken English - Ability to manage deadlines and work in a structured manner - Strong communication skills **Nice to Have** - Experience with international payroll - Experience in an HR or outsourcing environment - Knowledge of labor law basics **What We Offer** - Opportunity to work in an international environment - Exposure to multi-country payroll processes - Professional development and training - Supportive and collaborative team - Salary: €700-€1000 (monthly/net) If you are organized, proactive, and eager to grow in payroll and international HR operations, we would love to hear from you.
