Sea-view rooms offer guests a relaxing stay and memorable experiences by the Adriatic. **Role Description** The Kitchen Helper role at Tropikal Resort is a full-time, on-site position based in Durrës. This role supports the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients. The Kitchen Helper assists cooks and chefs during meal service, helps plate dishes, and ensures that workstations, utensils, and equipment are clean and organized. Responsibilities include maintaining high hygiene standards, properly storing ingredients, and disposing of waste safely. The role also involves coordinating with front-of-house staff when needed and helping ensure a smooth and efficient service for guests. **Qualifications** - Strong foundational skills in Food Preparation and Cooking to support daily kitchen operations. - Knowledge of Hygiene and food safety standards, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. - Familiarity with Food & Beverage service in a hotel or resort setting, including basic understanding of menus and meal periods. - Customer Service mindset, with a focus on supporting the guest experience through reliable and efficient kitchen support. - Ability to follow instructions, work well in a team, and communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff. - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in a professional kitchen, hotel, or restaurant is an advantage but not always required. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on resort needs.
