LEAD GENERATION DIRECTOR – SMS RETAIL

INFOTelecom focuses on large business clients, delivering high-quality services and responsive customer support, with more than 200 million voice minutes and 500 million SMS messages handled monthly. **INFO-Telecom is looking for an experienced Lead Generation & Marketing Manager** to join our **SMS Retail Department** and lead lead-generation activities across Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and implement lead generation strategies for the SMS Retail business. - Identify new potential clients and build qualified lead pipelines. - Develop and manage effective sales funnels and continuously improve conversion rates. - Explore and utilize different channels for lead generation, including digital, social media, email, outbound campaigns and other relevant channels. - Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments. - Develop strategies to increase the volume and quality of leads. - Monitor lead generation performance and prepare reports based on KPIs. - Manage, motivate and develop the Lead Generation team. - Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective lead qualification and conversion. - Adapt lead generation strategies to the markets of **Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia** . **Requirements** - **5+ years of experience** in Lead Generation, Lead Management, Marketing or a related field. - Proven experience in **finding and generating qualified leads** . - Strong understanding of **sales pipelines and lead management processes** . - Demonstrated ability to create and implement **lead generation strategies** . - Experience managing and developing teams. - Hands-on experience with multiple **lead generation channels and platforms** . - Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. - Experience working across **Albania, Kosovo and/or North Macedonia** is a strong advantage. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. **What We Offer** - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Professional development and career growth opportunities. - A dynamic and international working environment. - The opportunity to build and lead lead-generation strategies across three regional markets. **Join INFO-Telecom and help us build the next generation of SMS Retail growth across the region.** Burimi: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4460357686/
