Responsibilities - Support Lighting Sales for Middle East Projects - Manage the day-to-day activities of the lighting solutions operations department, ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of operations - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.- Manage inventory and logistics, including ordering and receiving product and shipping customer orders - Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues- Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Attend to customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction - Other activities that are related to lighting sales or sales support.
