Logistics Systems & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Systems & Operations Coordinator to support growing logistics operations. This role combines appointment coordination, logistics systems and data management, billing reconciliation, and rate control. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring operational information remains accurate and up to date. Location: Remote – Albania Contract Type: B2B / Independent Contractor Working Hours: Flexible, aligned with US business hours Typical schedule in Albania: 13:00–21:00 or 14:00–22:00 Key Responsibilities \* Coordinate and manage inbound shipment appointments and delivery schedules. \* Maintain accurate appointment calendars, trackers, and operational records. \* Monitor and resolve or escalate scheduling and operational issues. \* Support and maintain data across logistics and business systems, including WMS, CRM, TMS, and billing platforms. \* Review completed loads and reconcile billing, rates, and supporting documentation. \* Identify discrepancies, missing information, billing errors, and rate exceptions. \* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates with internal teams. Requirements \* Previous experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or a similar coordination role. \* Familiarity with logistics systems, operational trackers, and spreadsheets. \* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. \* Comfortable working with data, billing information, and documentation. \* Strong English communication skills. \* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
