This role is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on trucks, trailers, and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, diagnosing mechanical and technical issues, performing repairs, and carrying out preventive maintenance activities according to company standards and schedules. The Maintenance Specialist collaborates with drivers and operations staff to prioritize maintenance needs, document work performed, and help minimize equipment downtime. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting continuous improvement in maintenance practices. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance practices. - Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance, including planning and executing scheduled service tasks. - Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair, including mechanical and minor electrical repairs on vehicles and trailers. - Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve equipment and system issues efficiently. - Relevant vocational or technical training in mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field is beneficial. - Experience working with commercial vehicles or freight equipment is an advantage. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, maintenance documentation, and safety procedures. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple maintenance tasks. - Willingness to work on-site in Skopje and collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
