Our success is built on our people - we foster a culture of **teamwork, clear communication, and mutual respect.** As we continue to grow, we are looking for a: **Marketing Specialist** City: Skopje **Key Responsibilities:** - **Land-based activities management:** Creating marketing plans for promotional activities in coordination with regional and area managers; monitoring plans and ensuring execution; preparing POS materials together with the design team; distribution to locations; maintenance, monitoring, and inspection of promotional materials, campaigns, and activities. - **Promotional activities:** Managing and overseeing relationships with external agencies (creative and production), partner companies, and suppliers to implement activities aligned with brand strategy and objectives; organizing events such as venue openings, promotions, and other events in line with the marketing plan. Training and supervising external collaborators (supervisors, hostesses) involved in executing agreed activities. - **Sponsorships:** Communicating with clubs, tournaments, and organizations at the local community level; monitoring and implementing activities related to agreed sponsorships. Identifying potential partners, negotiating terms for new sponsorships, and maintaining relationships with existing partners to strengthen brand presence. - **Cross-functional collaboration:** Working closely with internal teams (Finance, Operations, HR, etc.); creating content in collaboration with the designer. - **Field work:** Visiting shops and proposing activities to improve operations in agreement with managers and the Regional Director. - **Market analysis:** Researching and analyzing competitors’ activities; monitoring the brand’s position versus competitors and proposing improvements to strengthen brand presence and introduce new promotional activities at locations. - **Performance tracking:** Assisting in collecting and analyzing campaign and sales performance data. - **Communication and support:** Providing support to senior management; communicating with teams and business partners; addressing and resolving basic issues and challenges. - **Administrative tasks:** Managing administrative duties such as preparing reports, updating databases, and organizing meetings. **Requirements:** - A university degree in social sciences is considered an advantage. - Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in marketing, with a focus on successful development and implementation of brand strategies and campaigns. - Active driver. - Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as project management skills. - Knowledge of industry trends and consumer behavior. **Perks and benefits:** - Support for sports activities. - Additional vacation days. - A day off for your birthday. - Remote work and flexible working hours. - Gifts for holidays and important occasions. - Work in an international group that is a leader in the industry. - Opportunities to bring your ideas, initiative, and creativity to life. - Support from day one. - A team that grows together and celebrates every success.
