Marketing Strategist (Meta/Instagram)

**Job Title:**  Marketing Strategist (Meta/Instagram) **Location:**  Albania, Remote 15:00 - 23:00 **Job Type:**  Full-time (Open to Contract) **About the Role** **We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing initiatives on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll own campaign strategy and day-to-day execution, collaborate closely with local stakeholders in New York and Florida, and use data to improve results continuously.** **Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end Meta/Instagram marketing strategy: planning, execution, optimization, and scaling - Build and manage campaign structures across the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting) - Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to reach the right customers - Create a testing roadmap and run structured A/B tests (creative, audiences, placements, offers, landing pages) - Partner with local teams in NY & FL to align messaging, promotions, and market needs - Coordinate creative development: write briefs, provide feedback, and guide content direction (static, video, UGC) - Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, etc.) - Produce clear weekly performance reports with insights, learnings, and recommended actions - Manage budget pacing and ensure spend aligns with performance goals - Stay current on Meta platform updates, best practices, and ad policy requirements **Required Qualifications** - Strong English (written and spoken) - Proven experience managing Meta/Instagram ad campaigns with measurable outcomes - Excellent communication and collaboration skills (comfortable working with teams in NY & FL) - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decisions - Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce performance marketing - Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversion API - Understanding of attribution basics and funnel/landing page optimization - Experience managing creative production workflows (briefs, iteration cycles, content testing) - Comfortable collaborating across time zones and with on-the-ground teams **How to Apply** **Apply via LinkedIn or via email: hr@hirealbania.com** - **Note:**  Candidates able to regularly collaborate during Eastern Time business hours will be prioritized.
