MarketsBridge emphasizes tailored advisory services that address complex cross-border challenges and long-term growth opportunities. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Mergers and Acquisitions Associate role based in Skopje, North Macedonia. The M&A Associate will support the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, including market and industry research, target screening, valuation analysis, and preparation of investment memoranda and client presentations. The role involves conducting financial modeling and due diligence, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess risks and opportunities, and contributing to negotiation support materials. The Associate will help manage transaction timelines, maintain data rooms and documentation, and assist in post-deal integration and performance tracking. The position also includes supporting business development activities such as pitch decks, thought leadership materials, and participation in client meetings as needed.
